Total Loss Replacement Coverage
Total Replacement coverage protects your travel trailer from the effects of depreciation. If your new-model travel trailer is destroyed within its first five model years, and you're the original owner Foremost will pay to replace it with a brand new travel trailer of similar kind and quality. In the event of a total loss, all you have to do is replace the travel trailer. In years six through ten, Foremost will give you up to what you paid for it originally toward the purchase of another travel trailer if your travel trailer is totally destroyed.
Example: a fire totals your travel trailer you paid $60,000 for three years ago, brand new. It was worth onyl $33,000 at the time of the fire, and it will cost $69,000 to replace it with a new trailer now.
